Box Office Hours

The Lincoln Theatre Box Office located inside Lola’s at The Lincoln, adjacent to the theatre entrance. Operating hours are Monday - Friday 10am-5pm, and two hours prior to performance time on Saturday and Sundays. Tickets may be purchased online at www.thelincoln.org, by phone at 276.783.6092, or in person at

117 East Main St. Marion, Virginia.

 

Final Sale Policy

No refunds or exchanges. All ticket sale purchases are final. If a show is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new performance date.

 

Payments Accepted

The Lincoln Theatre accepts the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Check and Money Order. Tickets must be paid in full at the time reservations are made. Returned checks are subject to a $50 service charge. For patrons who do not have a credit or debit card, payment may be made with a check by mail, but must be received at least 14 days prior to the performance. Ticket Delivery

Tickets purchased through the box office may be delivered by mail for a fee of $2 per order, delivered to your email via the ‘Print-At-Home’ option, or left for Will Call pick up prior to the performance.

 

Service Fees

Each ticket is subject to a service fee.

 

Admittance & Seating

Seating begins 45 minutes prior to showtime. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to performance time. While you wait, we invite you to enjoy a variety of light refreshments available inside Lola’s at The Lincoln. Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager's discretion. Latecomers may be denied admission depending upon the demands or structure of a particular production. Re-admittance is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the House Manager. The Lincoln Theatre reserves the right to deny admission and/or remove any disruptive patrons from the theatre at any time.

 

Concessions

Beverages and snacks purchased from Lola’s at the Lincoln may be taken inside the theatre. No outside food or drink is permitted. Litter bins are located inside the theatre. Please notify an usher or house manager of any spills or litter in the seating area.

 

Show Cancellation

In the unlikely event of a show cancellation, refunds will be issued within 14 days. The Service Fee is always non-refundable.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather if the performance takes place as scheduled. In rare instances, inclement weather may require us to cancel a performance. If that happens we will attempt to announce the cancellation through email, social media, on our website homepage, and by a message on our Box Office phone at 276.783.6092 no later than 2 hours prior to curtain. If the performance cannot be rescheduled, refunds will be issued within 14 days. The Service Fee is always non-refundable. For rescheduled performances, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date and time. 

 

Ticket Donations

Unused tickets may be considered a donation to the Lincoln Theatre. Patrons may request a tax-deductible contribution acknowledgment for the amount of the ticket price. In order to receive tax credit, you must notify Lincoln Theatre at least 4 hours prior to performance time.

 

Resale Policy

Tickets purchased through the Lincoln Theatre box office or website may not be resold. Lincoln Theatre reserves the right to invalidate resold tickets, as well as cancel any orders placed by ticket brokers and/or their representatives.
