Second Helping was born at a Lynyrd Skynyrd rehearsal in 1988 and has been endorsed by the actual band members of Lynyrd Skynyrd ever since. Second Helping has perfected the tribute to America's most iconic Southern Rock band, Lynyrd Skynyrd.
