Golden Oldies is the Lincoln Theatre's matinee film series featuring a cinema classic on the second Tuesday of each month. This program aims to provide a glimpse into the history of Lincoln Theatre programming by screening films that were projected on the screen during our days as a movie palace.

In June, The Little Princess (1939) returns to the big screen. Shirley Temple stars as a poor but proud girl who searches army hospitals for her father, who has been reported dead in the Boer War. With her father missing in action, the Victorian child is sent to a harsh boarding school, where she duly escapes to find her father.
